A Mercer County man is facing charges after an incident in Slippery Rock Township earlier this week.
According to State Police, two people observed Travis Schwab of Jackson Center attempting to break into their vehicles in Rolling Acres around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.
When police arrived, they found Schwab sitting at a nearby picnic table and allegedly under the influence of multiple drugs.
Schwab was taken into custody and charged with Attempted Theft from a Motor Vehicle, Loitering and Prowling at Night, Criminal Trespass, and Public Intoxication.
