Family and friends will say goodbye to an Evans City-Seven Fields Regional police officer killed in a motorcycle crash last week.
Visitation for 30-year-old Kristine Bartman of Harmony will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Boylan Funeral Home on Evans City Road (Route 68) in Renfrew. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at noon at the funeral home. We expect people will show their condolences and offer gifts similar to sympathy gift baskets to support the family.
Bartman’s family is asking that any motorcyclists or hot rods who wish to join Kristine for one final ride to gather at the funeral home at noon Wednesday.
The family is also asking for food and refreshment donations for the funeral. Those can be dropped off between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ritzert Hall on East Main Street in Evans City.
Dessert donations will be needed for the fellowship meal on Wednesday after the funeral service. Donations will be received at Ritzert Hall from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Bartman was killed in an off-duty motorcycle crash in Pittsburgh last Wednesday.
