The deadline to register for WBUT’s Country Showdown has been extended.
The new date to enter the four-level singing contest is Friday, July 8, 2016.
WBUT’s contest will be held on July 27 at Jergel’s Rhythm Grille in Warrendale. Soloists, groups and bands will perform two songs back-to-back on stage.
Winners of the local qualifier will advance to a regional competition, with the possibility of making it onto a national stage.
