The Butler Area School Board is expected to vote on whether to sell the former Broad Street Elementary School Thursday.
The board received a $400,000 offer from The Arc of Butler County earlier this month. This was the second offer made on the property from The Arc; the first was accepted by the former school board last year but then the offer was rescinded by the new board that took office in December.
A special school board meeting will begin at noon.
The board is also expected to finalize their contract with a new district food service provider.
