The 41st running of the annual Butler Road Race was held this morning in downtown Butler.
Over 400 people finished the 5 mile race. The first to cross the finish line for the men was Nick Edinger from Kent, OH. His time was 25:25. The first woman to cross the finish line in the 5 mile race was Leann Wirfel of Slippery Rock, PA. Her time was 29:46.
In the 2k race Andrew Mascio of Cranberry Twp finished first with a time of 6:35 and Krista Snyder of West Sunbury was the first woman to cross the finish line with a time of 8:01.
