A Franklin woman died Wednesday in a motorcycle crash in Slippery Rock Township.
The crash happened about 6 p.m. on Route 8, near Kiester Road.
According to State Police, 43-year-old Donald Phenicie was driver a 2012 Harley Davidson south on Route 8 when he crashed into the back of a stopped vehicle waiting to turn. 42-year-old Raegan Phenicie was a passenger on the back.
Both people were thrown off the motorcycle. Raegan was killed.
Police say neither person was wearing a helmet.
