A former resident of Kentucky was arrested Tuesday evening after leading police on a chase through two townships.
Justin Patterson, 27, has been charged with fleeing and eluding a police officer and remains in the Butler County Prison.
According to Butler Township Police, officers were called to the Butler Crossing Plaza just before 6 p.m. because Patterson was screaming in his car.
When approached by police, Patterson allegedly drove away and then would not stop when officers tried to pull him over.
Authorities say he committed several traffic violations but did end up peacefully ending the pursuit and pulling over at the Clearview Mall in Center Township.
Police say there were no accidents or injuries during the police chase.
According to court documents, Patterson was formerly of Kentucky but is now homeless.
