A decade-old lawsuit is leading to millions of Ticketmaster customers getting offers for free or discounted tickets.
The suit, first filed in 2003, alleged Ticketmaster was charging “excessive and deceptive fees.”
Ticketmaster denies the claims but settled the lawsuit in April. The company will issue $45 million worth in cash, discount and tickets to U.S. customers who made purchases on its website between October 1999 and February 2013.
