The fourth and final day of the 116th annual US Open is set for Sunday.
The event, which is held this year at the nearby Oakmont Country Club, has provided many challenges to golfers due to both the challenging landscape, and the heavy rain in the early rounds.
Going into Sunday’s final round (as of 7:30am Sunday morning), Shane Lowry from Ireland had the lead at six under par, although he is set to play two rounds to make up for rain shortened play from earlier in the Open.
This year’s winner receives a $10 million grand prize.
