Police are asking for help finding the people responsible for a robbery in Armstrong County earlier this week.
According to State Police, a 27-year-old man was walking on the Ford City Walking Trail near 9th Avenue and 3rd Street Tuesday (5/31) just before noon.
He was approached by three men who demanded his wallet. The victim gave the suspects his wallet but was still assaulted and sustained minor injuries. The suspects fled south off the trail and into Ford City Borough.
The two white men and one black man are described as mid-20s wearing mostly black clothing and blue jeans. One man had a diamond earring in his left ear. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Kittanning Barracks of the State Police.
