Customers of Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania will notice a new design for their next bill.
Over a year of research, design and development has lead to the company’s first full-scale billing redesign in ten years.
Feedback from employees and customers has led to improvements such as a statement that is easier to read, more clearly presented, places a higher priority on safety, and includes a large graph about historical energy usage.
Customers who have chosen to receive a paperless bill will also see the new design in their next billing information email.
