State police in Clarion made an arrest during a traffic stop Thursday afternoon.
This incident took place on route 66 in Limestone Twp., Clarion County when police pulled over 45-year-old Clinton Shanafelt of Clarion, PA. The officer ran his information and found he had an arrest warrant for felony drug charges and was also driving on a suspended license.
Shanafelt was arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Prison pending a preliminary hearing.
