A crash on Interstate 79 in Marshall Township, Allegheny County early Friday morning has resulted in the death of a local woman.
Just before 1 a.m. near Wexford, 55-year-old Jacqueline Maloney of Cranberry swerved to miss a deer and hit a guard rail.
Maloney was reportedly thrown from her vehicle and hit by another vehicle during the crash.
The second vehicle did not stop and police are still searching for that vehicle. No description is available at this time.
