The roof of the Penn Theater has been repaired thanks to a gift form an anonymous donor.
According to Redevelopment Authority member Cheri Readie, the unknown person donated the cost to make the repairs which should be completed today (Friday).
The contractor – similar to roofing richmond hill ontario – doing the repairs estimates that the roof will now last for another 15 to 20 years. Finding a roofing contractor can be difficult when trying to repair such a structure as the Penn Theater, luckily there are many experienced contractors, such as roofing Chattanooga who may have to expertise needed to carry out that type of repair. Many roofing companies try their best to keep on top of clients such as the Penn Theater, while they are doing fieldwork. Field service software such as those from somewhere like ServiceMax provides a way for field service companies to keep track of their clients, maintaining a good relationship with them.
Water lines at the property were recently repaired thanks to labor donated by the Nonprofit Development Corporation in Butler. The Redevelopment is still looking for businesses interested in renting or purchasing the property.
