Another Hard to Collect Event with the PRC will be Saturday and at this event TVs will be accepted.
Justin Stockdale, Western Regional Director of the PA Resources Council told us that there will likely be a small fee associated with the televisions being collected. Any fee will be the actual cost that it takes for the PRC to get the TVs recycled.
Stockdale says in the past at the Pittsburgh Mills, the PRC has seen at least 1,000 cars at the event. The May 14th collection will be between 9am-1pm.
The PRC holds multiple Household Chemical Collection and Hard To Collect Items events throughout the region each year.
PRC is a non-profit organization. You can find out more online at www.prc.org.
