An incident of marijuana in the mail has led to multiple charges filed against a Butler couple.
According to a criminal complaint, in November of 2013 police observed a mail delivery of 10 pounds of marijuana to a house on Oneida Valley Road in Oakland Township.
The person who received the package said that Eric Negri arranged for it to be delivered. Officers went to Negri’s house on Spring Run Road where they spoke with Kristen Negri. Kristen allowed officers to search the home where officers allegedly found a pound of marijuana, other marijuana paraphernalia and cash.
The Negris now face felony and misdemeanor charges of possession and distribution of marijuana.
