State police in Mercer stopped a driver for failing to stay within a single lane early Friday morning.
Police say 44-year-old Dawn Cutshaw of Transfer, PA was visibly under the influence of a controlled substance.
She was transported to the hospital for her blood to be drawn for a chemical test to determine the level of impairment.
