A truck driver was seriously injured in a crash Tuesday just north of Butler County in Venango.
The accident happened about 5:30 p.m. on Lisbon Road, just north of Emlenton in Scrubgrass Township.
Clintonville Volunteer Fire Department Chief Gerry Rea said the truck flipped, spilling coal all over the roadway. The driver was flown by medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
No word if anyone else was involved in the crash.
