A Kittanning man was flown to a Pittsburgh Hospital after a one car crash early Saturday morning in Manor Township, Armstrong County.
The Kittanning State Police say that just after 6am Saturday, 23-year-old Brody Johns was driving south on Route 66 when he lost control of his car and crashed into a billboard on the side of the road.
No one can predict when an accident is about to happen, which is why it is important to pay full attention to the road. Sometimes it isn’t the driver’s fault, which is why this comes as no surprise to find that some people who have been involved in a car accident may get in touch with the Law Office of Keith L. Magness, for example, in the hopes of getting down to the legal side of it all. Speaking to a professional could help you get your life back on track after something like this as compensation could be used to cover expensive medical procedures. In some cases, there has been millions of dollars awarded to the victim of a car crash, though this can be dependant on some factors in the case.
Authorities say that Johns, along with his passenger, 30-year-old Shelia Ainsworth of Cowansville, suffered injuries in the crash. Police say that Ainsworth was taken to Armstrong County Hospital, while Johns was flown to UPMC Presbyterian for his injuries.
It is not clear yet who is at fault, however, if someone was injured through no fault of their own, then they can at least get compensation for their injuries. All they have to do is get in contact with someone like this Attorney At Law Magazine. An attorney can help guide them through the process, so the person will have little to worry about.
Police say also say that upon arrival, John showed signs of impairment. He then consented to a blood draw at UPMC Presby.
Charges for the accident are pending lab results.
