Nearly 1,500 residents in Butler County are without power early Friday.
About 1,200 Middlesex Township residents are in the dark after downed trees brought down lines near Laurel Lane off Route 8 (just south of Route 228), according to West Penn Power.
About 130 residents in Butler Township are also without service due to downed wires.
West Penn says service should be restored by noon in both locations.
