State Police are investigating the death of a 38-year-old Slippery Rock woman.
Authorities say Kara Kendziroisky was found lying in the berm along Ralston Road in Slippery Rock Sunday afternoon (about 2 p.m). She was unresponsive but still breathing.
An ambulance transported Kendziroisky to Butler Memorial Hospital where she died.
State Police have released few details other than saying the crime unit has initiated an investigation regarding the death.
“The investigation is still active and continuing,” according to the police report from the Butler barracks of the State Police.
