The Butler Area School Board is scheduled to vote Monday on the sale of the former Clearfield Elementary School to local business CNC Malt.
The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. at the district’s administration building.
Clearfield Elementary was closed last year as part of district-wide consolidation. CNC Malt, which supplies local beer brewers with locally-grown malt, has offered $235,000.
They would use the former school as a malt house.
