A Butler Township man is accused of filling a condom with clean urine in an attempt to pass a drug test.
Authorities say Shane Nichols, 23, tried to sneak in the condom, filled with someone else’s urine, by hiding it inside his boxer shorts when he showed up for a mandatory drug test last week.
Butler County Adult Probation Officer Brad Pinkerton was administering the drug screen at the county’s adult probation office when he found the concealed condom.
Nichols now faces a criminal charge of attempting to furnish drug-free urine.
