An Armstrong County woman is facing a bunch of charges after investigators say she was drunk when she crashed her car with her three kids inside.
The crash happened about 10 p.m. on St. Patrick’s Day in East Franklin Township.
Police say all three of Amber Lucas’ children were hurt and taken by ambulance to ACMH Hospital in Kittanning. There were two 9-year-old girls in the car and a 4-year-old boy.
