(6:30 a.m.) Some snow fell early Tuesday in Butler County and is causing some problems on area roadways.
An earlier accident in Evans City (Route 68 at Hill Street, near St. John’s United Church) is continuing to cause major backups on Route 68. There were no injuries in that crash. Traffic is backed up for miles.
If you’re using Interstate 79 (the Parkway North) to travel south into Pittsburgh this morning, give yourself lots of extra time. There have been several accidents between the I-79/I-279 split into Pittsburgh.
