An Adams Township woman is accused of locking her 9-year-old son out of the house while he was naked.
Police say 42-year-old Jill Polivka was charged with endangering the welfare of a child in the alleged incident which happened in January at her home.
According to court documents, Polivka and the boy were in the middle of an argument when the boy decided to take a shower. Polivka allegedly came into the shower and grabbed the boy by his throat. The boy responded by kicking and punching her. The mother then dragged her son outside and locked the door.
It was about 48 degrees that night.
