Pirates fall to Orioles

The Baltimore Orioles had a walk-off 6-5 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates in Grapefruit League play Thursday. Pirate starter Jon Niese allowed four runs, although just one earned, on six hits over six innings. Outfielder Matt Joyce, who is attempting to make the team during spring training, hit his second home run of the spring. He had two hits a stole a base. The Bucs visit the Boston Red Sox tonight.
