BC3 President Dr. Nick Neupauer believes a change in how courses are offered at BC3, including the additional degree completion programs offered, has led to more people interested in a community college education.
“Our summer applications are up…new applications are up over 40 percent from last year. Actually our enrollment in the summer, although it’s early, we are up over 20 percent in credit,” Neupauer said.
