Wednesday is the deadline for local Vietnam War veterans to register for an event next week.
VA Butler Healthcare is commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War with a Veteran Appreciation Breakfast on Wednesday, March 30 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The breakfast will be held at American Legion Post 778 in Lyndora, who is also sponsoring the event.
This is a free event for all local Vietnam vets and one guest each. All Veterans in attendance will receive a special lapel pin as a keepsake.
VA Butler Healthcare is an official partner of the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration organization.
