State Police have filed charges against an Indiana County man after finding drugs during a traffic stop in Buffalo Township, Butler County.
Troopers stopped a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Joel Phoebus of Penn Run on Thursday just before 9 p.m.
During a stop for vehicle code violations, police allegedly found 50 bags of heroin.
This incident occurred near the intersection of Butler Road and Lyn Road.
