A truck driver out of New York faces DUI charges following an incident on I-80 this past Wednesday.
State police say 35-year-old Denys Rossochynskyy out of Brooklyn, NY was driving a tractor trailer loaded with bricks erratically and struck a concrete jersey barrier. Police initiated a traffic stop and found Rossochynskyy to be under the influence of alcohol.
He was charged with DUI and was lodged the the Mercer County Jail.
