Police are asking for help finding the person who recently stole a gun from a vehicle in the area.
According to State Police, a BAT brand custom built 6mm PPC caliber bench rest rife with a scope was among the items removed from a vehicle in the 100 block of Mahood Road sometime between last Friday (3/11) and Saturday (3/12).
No signs of forced entry were observed. The value of the items taken is over $6,000.
