Police have located the men they believe are responsible for a big theft earlier this month at the Grove City Outlets.
According to State Police, Jeffrey Naper Jr, 20, of Slippery Rock, Sean Bailey, 18, of Volant, and a 17-year-old, also from Volant, were responsible for the March 1 theft.
The men allegedly used bolt cutters to remove a padlock from a Bath & Body Works truck. They then removed nearly $19,000 worth of merchandise from the truck and loaded it into their cars.
The men made an attempt to dispose of some of the merchandise by throwing it out of their car window traveling from Slippery Rock to Volant, police say. The rest they tried to burn. It was damaged beyond use.
All three will be charged with felony theft, receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle.
