Tuesday is the deadline to apply for a scholarship offered by Central Electric Cooperative.
This is the eighth year that the Parker-based company has offered the Good Neighbor Scholarship Program.
The scholarships are open to adult members continuing their education, as well as currently enrolled college students and high school seniors. The application essay should illustrate how the student has participated in non-paid service activities.
A total of 15 scholarships of $2,000 each will be awarded in May. Visit central.coop for requirements and more information.
