A Lawrenceville man is facing multiple charges following a series of incidents in Cranberry last month.
According to a criminal complaint, 24-year-old Scott Stewart engaged in a domestic dispute with his brother at their parents’ home in Seven Fields on February 19th. Stewart allegedly caused damage to many items during that conflict.
The next day, Stewart’s mother and grandmother asked police for help serving a mental health warrant for Scott. When they arrived with EMS at the residence in Cranberry Township Stewart became angry and allegedly struck an EMT in the face.
Stewart will be charged with felony Aggravated Assault as well as misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, harassment and criminal mischief.
