Saxonburg-based II-VI has won a bidding war for cable television gear manufacturer Anadigics Inc.
Anadigics is based in Warren, New Jersey.
Chinese company Party B also had an offer on the table but II-VI’s offer will not be subject to the risks and delay of a Committee on Foreign Investment review.
