A man from New Bethlehem, PA is facing DUI charges.
According to state police in Kittanning, 21-year-old Brian Cosgrove was found passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle while it was parked on Sagamore Rd in Armstrong County. When the Trooper approached the vehicle, white powder was observed on Cosgrove’s lap. Other drugs and paraphernalia were also in plain view throughout the vehicle.
Charges were filed by members of the State police in Kittanning.
