Slippery Rock University unveiled their revised strategic plan.
SRU President Cheryl Norton discussed how the plan uses input from the community in order to map out future priorities and actions.
The plan features eight goals including increasing enrollment while enhancing student diversity, maintaining a focus on success for all students, and engaging alumni in the life of the university.
This three-to-five year plan took two years to complete. The complete strategic plan can be viewed here.
