Community members are invited to get a little dirty cleaning up the local area as part of a program.
The “Beautify Butler Project” will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the Butler Art Center on South Main Street downtown.
The evening will include a guest speaker and refreshments- along with the opportunity to help improve Butler by picking up trash, weeding around trees and edging the sidewalk.
This project is part of Butler County Community College’s “Hope is Dope” initiative to change the energy and discussion around those struggling with addiction and those in recovery.
