Former Pennsylvania State Representative Brian Ellis will likely not face criminal charges following allegations that surfaced last year of sexual assault.
On Friday, a grand jury from Dauphin County- that was investigating the allegations made by a female state employee- recommended no charges be filed against Ellis.
50-year-old Ellis- of Butler Township- has continued to deny the allegations, but did resign as state rep in March, saying it was the best option for his health and family.
