The Butler County Redevelopment Authority is offering money to residents in two townships for home repairs.
The authority’s Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program has been expanded into Center and Oakland townships.
A total of nearly $300,000 is available through the program. Low-to-moderate income homeowners can apply for grants of up to $15,000. Grants can be used for a variety of improvements including roofing, windows, plumbing, and heating.
