A local school district is reaching out to those providing care for young children in the area.
The Seneca Valley School District will be holding an Early Childhood Partnership Summit Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Connoquenessing Valley Elementary School in Zelienople.
The purpose of this event is to collaborate with local childcare providers in discussions about developmental milestones, as well as share information about new kindergarten registration procedures.
A second summit will be held Feb. 24 at Haine Elementary School in Cranberry.
