The one-time head of a longtime local business has passed away.
Mary Eleanor Snider, who went by the name of “Eleanor,” died Wednesday.
She, along with her husband Wade, owned and operated the Mon-D-Aid Clean It Company in Butler for nearly 70 years, according to her obituary. Her son continues to operate the business today. It’s located on Mercer Street and sells janitorial supplies and equipment.
Snider was 100 years old.
