(5:15 a.m.) An early Monday morning crash has left a portion of Pittsburgh Road (Route 8) in Butler Township shut down.
The crash happened about 5 a.m. near the Greater Butler Mart. Early reports indicate a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle.
At least one person is reportedly hurt. Both northbound lanes of Route 8 are blocked. Traffic is being diverted onto Litman Road.
