A Boyers man will face charges after an accident there last month.
According to state police, 25-year-old Johnathan Faith was driving in the 300 block of Cemetery Road during the early morning hours of December 20th.
Faith lost control on a curve and hit an embankment before going into the other lane and running into a parked car. That car was pushed into two other parked cars which caused additional damage. Faith’s vehicle ended up on top of the vehicle he hit.
After an investigation, Faith was arrested for DUI.
