A Beaver County man is accused of assaulting his former girlfriend while the two were driving home from a New Year’s Eve party.
Butler Township Police arrested 45-year-old Joseph Frazzini of Rochester early Friday. The alleged altercation took place while the two were driving in Butler Township.
Authorities say Frazzini struck the female in the face and slammed her head off the steering wheel while she was driving. The victim sustained facial injuries including losing some teeth, according to police.
Frazzini is in the Butler County Prison.
