One person was killed in a one car crash on January 1, 2016.
State police in Kittanning were called to the scene on Beagle Club Rd in South Bend Twp., Armstrong County. For unknown reasons, 37-year-old Amanda Francisco of Saltsburg, PA left the roadway and struck a tree. She was transported to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
