Reba McEntire has confirmed that her divorce from husband, Narvel Blackstock is official. On Facebook she shared that it was finalized on October 28.
The news brings a quiet end to a marriage that lasted 26 years. News of their split came in August, saying at the time they were only separated. It is unknown at this time if they made use of a jacksonville fl family law attorney, or other legal help, to settle the divorce.
The two have been working together for 35 years. Narvel was first a member of her band before he became her manager. There is no indication that the divorce will bring about any change to their working relationship. Along with the announcement, Reba posted, “Narvel and I are friends. We have always been.”
