A small airplane crashed and flipped over on landing Sunday afternoon at the New Castle Municipal Airport.
The Piper PA-23 had just landed around 2:30 p.m. when it veered off the runway, hit a ditch and flipped over onto the grass, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
Reports indicate the pilot was uninjured.
