State police have dropped charges against a local man in connection with a road rage incident that involved a gun.
Authorities say back on June 26, a road rage incident turned physical in the parking lot of Butcherine’s Beer Distributor in Marion Township, Butler County.
During the incident, a handgun was pointed at the victim, who recorded the confrontation on a camera.
Crystal Arblaster, 39, was correctly identified as one of the suspects. But her brother-in-law, Joseph Arblaster Jr., was incorrectly identified as his brother, 38-year-old Brian Arblaster.
Joseph Arblaster contacted Butler State Police, who immediately withdrew their charges against him. His brother, Brian, along with his sister-in-law, face multiple charges.
